Booking Terms and Conditions
A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking.
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Final payment must be received by the due date provided during booking.
We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if full payment is not received on time.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations made more than 14 days before the service date may be eligible for a partial refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the tour date are non-refundable.
No-shows or late arrivals will not be refunded.
We reserve the right to cancel any service due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient participants. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative or a full refund.
Changes to Bookings
You may request a change to your booking (e.g. date, time, participant details) up to 7 days before your scheduled tour. We will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
Changes made less than 7 days before the tour are not guaranteed and may incur additional fees.
Travel Documents and Responsibilities
It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all visa, passport, and health requirements for your trip.
We are not liable for missed tours or services due to incomplete travel documentation.

I-Xplor Caribbean Tours acts as an agent for third-party providers such as hotels, transportation companies, and tour guides.
